Shipping in Australia
All framed artworks are custom-made by hand by my wonderful local professional framers and are finished to the highest framing standards. All our products are made to order and have different production times.
Our oak-framed artworks have a production time frame of around 3 weeks.
- Unframed Prints & Canvas: Dispatched within 2 weeks
- Framed Prints: Dispatched within 3 weeks
Orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post from our framers' factory in Geelong, Victoria. Depending on your location, under normal circumstances, your order will arrive within 2-5 days from the date of dispatch for metro areas and longer for rural areas.
You will receive a shipping email with tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery. Alternatively, you can select 'authority to leave' at checkout to have your package left at your door.
The above times are a guide only and not a guarantee that your order will arrive within a set time frame. During peak delivery times (Nov-Dec) or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays with shipping providers. If you need your order by a certain date, please get in touch to discuss the options.
