Shipping is always free, whether you are in Australia or anywhere else in the world. Currently I only sell to Australia and New Zealand but I'll be adding more countries soon. If you're super keen, email me and I'll see what I can do.

All artworks are made to order with care and attention to detail. Rolled prints generally ship within 10–14 business days, while framed artworks usually take approximately 2–3 weeks as each piece is custom printed and professionally framed to order.

International orders are currently available for rolled artworks only. Shipping timeframes can vary depending on location and customs processing, so please allow a little extra time for delivery.

Yes, we currently ship to New Zealand, with more countries coming soon. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Please note that international orders are available for rolled artworks only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship framed pieces overseas due to the higher risk of damage to the frame during transit.

Hmm, yes... kind of!

Due to my insurance policy, I can only deliver orders to the address shown on the invoice. If you need to change your delivery address, I can sometimes help, but it may require cancelling and reprocessing the order.

Australia Post, Aramex Australia and Couriers Please for most Australian deliveries (framed and rolled). DHL for international orders (rolled only). My long suffering husband for local deliveries on the Mornington Peninsula.

Yes. Once your artwork has been handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking details via email.

We recommend being home to receive your artwork, as couriers will ideally obtain a signature on delivery. However, please note that in some cases parcels may still be left in a safe place even when a signature is requested.

All of my prints and framed artworks are professionally produced and shipped directly by my printing and framing partners, so I'm unable to offer pickup from my studio at this time. Hopefully one day! 

Yes. Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of my control.

To help offset these potential small costs, I offer free shipping on all orders, including those sent overseas.

Satin Canvas
Heavy-weight canvas with a subtle satin finish. It is durable, water-resistant, and printed using archival inks. Available rolled or framed.

Fine Art Paper (Cotton Rag)
A premium cotton rag paper with a matte finish. It is printed using archival inks and offers beautiful colour and detail. Fine art paper should be framed behind glass or acrylic and handled with care. Available rolled or framed.

Both options are museum-quality and designed to last for many years. If you prefer a more textured, painterly look, choose canvas. If you prefer a smooth, gallery-style finish, choose fine art paper.

A rolled print is supplied unstretched and unframed, and is carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube.

This is the most affordable option and gives you the flexibility to choose your own framer and framing style.

Rolled prints typically ship within 7–14 working days.

Canvas: Your artwork is professionally stretched over timber stretcher bars and can be optionally finished in a floating frame in your choice of oak, black, or white.

Fine Art Paper: Your artwork is professionally framed behind glass in your choice of oak, black, or white.

Both options arrive with hanging hardware already attached, so they're ready to hang straight out of the box.

Sizes vary by artwork and are listed on each product page.

Most artworks are available in a range of sizes, starting at 50x50cm and go up to 120x120cm.

Yes. All of my artworks are released as limited editions of 100. Each print comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, verifying its edition and authenticity.

Mass-produced wall art is typically open edition, meaning it can be reproduced in unlimited quantities and is often made using standard production materials.

If you're looking for something unique, collectible, and created to last, my artwork offers a very different experience from mass-market décor. They are simply not comparable products.

We offer 3 frame options: Oak, Black or White using sustainably sourced solid timber and quality materials. If you want a different option please email me at alicia@aliciabourleyart.com

Approximately 3cm-5cm to the total dimensions. For example: An 80x80cm Canvas when framed will be 83x83cm

The mirrored edge is an additional 50mm border printed around the outside of the artwork. This border is created by reflecting the edges of the image and is intended to wrap around the stretcher bars when the canvas is stretched or framed. It is not considered part of the visible artwork.

If you can see the mirrored edge from the front of your finished canvas, it may not have been stretched correctly. In this case, we recommend contacting your framer and asking them to re-stretch the canvas so the mirrored edge wraps fully around the sides.

Yes, we offer professional framing for our Fine Art Prints in Oak, Black, and White frames.

All Fine Art Prints are framed behind glass or acrylic (often referred to as plexiglass for larger sizes) to help avoid damage during transit.

For our international customers, we recommend having your print framed locally as soon as possible, as Fine Art Prints are very delicate.

We offer both glass and acrylic (often referred to as plexiglass) framing options, however both will produce some level of glare depending on the lighting in your space.

If this is a concern, I recommend purchasing a rolled Fine Art Print and having it framed locally with anti-reflective art glass. This type of glass significantly reduces glare while still providing excellent protection for your artwork.

At this time, I do not offer layby.

If your artwork arrives damaged, (it's rare but can happen) please notify us within 24 hours and email photos of the damage to the artwork and box at alicia@aliciabourleyart.com. We will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.

My canvas samples are A5-sized swatches that allow you to see the colours, texture, and quality of the artwork in person before purchasing a full-size piece. They feature my most popular canvas option and are a great way to help you choose with confidence.

Each sample is $19. If you go on to purchase a full-size print, I'll refund the cost of one sample (provided no other discounts have been used).

I do my best to keep samples fully stocked and have them dispatched via Australia Post within 1 week of purchase.

Samples are sent via standard letter mail, so please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery once they have been posted. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. ✨

Yes, we recommend avoiding areas with direct sunlight, high humidity (such as bathrooms and kitchens), and locations with extreme temperature fluctuations.

You should also avoid hanging artwork above direct heat sources like fireplaces or heaters, as this can affect the longevity of the piece over time.

Your framed artwork arrives with hanging fixtures already attached.

For the best result, hang your artwork at eye level, with the centre of the piece approximately 145–150cm from the floor. If you're hanging artwork above furniture, leave around 15–25cm between the top of the furniture and the bottom of the artwork.

A few tips:

• Use appropriate wall fixings for your wall type and the weight of your artwork.
• Avoid areas with excessive moisture or humidity, such as bathrooms
• When creating a gallery wall, lay the pieces out on the floor first to find a balanced arrangement before hanging.

If you're unsure about sizing or placement, feel free to send me a photo of your space and I’d be happy to help with recommendations.

Our canvas prints are produced using archival inks and finished with a protective coating. Our Fine Art Prints are framed behind protective glass or acrylic; however, they can still fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight.

For maximum protection, we recommend using Art Glass, which is specifically designed to protect fine art from UV damage. Most local framers offer this option, and we suggest requesting it if your artwork will be displayed in a space with strong or direct sunlight.

To maximise longevity, always hang your artwork out of direct sunlight and choose a space with consistent, indirect light.

Keep your print safely stored in the tube it arrived in, positioned upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

When you're ready to have it framed, take the tube directly to your framer and allow them to carefully unroll and handle the artwork to ensure it remains in perfect condition.

Gently dust your canvas using a clean, dry, soft lint-free cloth.

Do not use water, damp cloths, or any cleaning products, as these may damage the surface of the canvas.

After over 20 years in the advertising industry, I reached a point where I wanted to create purely from my own creative direction. Alicia Bourley Art was born from that desire for freedom and self-expression.

Commissions are also extremely time-consuming and would take away from the time I need to focus on developing my own work.

I very rarely sell original artworks, as I keep pieces to revisit and evolve them over time. However, when originals do become available, my subscribers are always the first to know, so I recommend signing up to my mailing list here.

As a multidisciplinary artist, I work across a range of mediums and techniques. Because of this, my limited edition pieces are often a hybrid of the original work. This means the final limited editions may evolve and differ to the original piece.

However, I always ensure there are clear, high-quality images of any traditional original artwork for sale so you can see exactly what you are purchasing.

I’m a bit of a naughty marketer and tend to release new pieces as soon as I feel they’re ready. I know I probably should hold work and launch full collections on set dates to build anticipation, but I get too excited when a piece is finished and can’t resist sharing it straight away. Maybe one day I’ll have enough restraint to plan proper launches… but for now, I prefer to release work intuitively as it’s completed. 😉
