My Story

About me

After undertaking an Art, Design and Photography course, I quickly fell in love with all of the different types of mediums and techniques —photography, painting, drawing, design, digital and combining these genres was what truly excited me. Upon completing the course, I decided to pursue a degree in Advertising and Design, which allowed me to work across a broad range of mediums and collaborate with various creatives as a Creative Director.

Advertising is a fast-paced and high-stress field, so after an exciting and award-winning career, I transitioned into Marketing. Although the strategic side of marketing was thrilling, it lacked the creative fulfillment I craved. I eventually found myself painting, drawing and doing photography again, initially for personal satisfaction and then on commission for friends and things just progressed from there.

I spend half my time living on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria and the other half of the year we travel back to France to visit our family. I love travel, reading, psychology, learning and technology and utilise it all in my pieces. I have never felt confined to a particular style, but the more pieces I create, the clearer a particular style emerges. I would describe my work (if I have to be put in a box) as bold, eclectic portraits, florals, and birds, all infused with a fascination for femininity and adornment.

Provocative

My artistic journey defies confinement to a singular style; with each piece I craft, my unique vision emerges ever clearer.

Feminine

My work radiates with bold, eclectic portraits, vibrant florals, and expressive birds, all imbued with a profound fascination for femininity and the art of adornment.

Inspired

I am captivated by the wonders of travel, the depths of literature, the intricacies of psychology, and the boundless realms of learning and technology, weaving these inspirations into my creations.
