Little Joy Art Club is my way of sharing a small exclusive piece of art with you each month. As a subscriber, you’ll receive an A5 artwork made exclusively for my art club and printed on premium 350gsm paper, and posted directly to your door. Each delivery also includes a personal note from me, sharing the inspiration and story behind the piece.

Why hasn’t my artwork been shipped yet?
Little Joy Art Club pieces are sent once a month. To receive that month’s artwork, orders must be placed by the 30th or 31st of the month. Orders placed on the 1st of the month will begin with the following month’s print. Monthly mail-outs are sent on the last day of the month.
When will I receive my artwork? Can I track it?
Little Joy Art Club is sent via regular letter post, so tracking is not included. If you are in Australia, your artwork will generally arrive within 1–2 weeks of being posted. For international orders, delivery can take longer depending on your location. If your artwork has not arrived within 4 weeks of shipping, please get in touch via email at alicia@aliciabourleyart.com.
How can I update my address?
You can update your address, payment details, and pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal in your account. If you need a hand, please feel free to email me at alicia@aliciabourleyart.com.

Please email me at alicia@aliciabourleyart.com as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to update it before your artwork is posted.
When will I be billed each month?
Your subscription is billed on the same date each month as the day you originally signed up. For example, if you joined on the 9th, you’ll be billed on the 9th of each following month. If you would like to cancel, just make sure you do so before your next billing date.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal before your next billing cycle.
