1. Eligibility

1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to residents of Australia only.
1.2 Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Entry Requirements
2.1 To enter, participants must:

  • Subscribe to Alicia Bourley Art on Instagram.
  • Sign up for the Newsletter via the provided link.
  • Invite two friends by tagging them in the comments of the competition post on Instagram.
    2.2 Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 21st January 2025.

3. Prize
3.1 The prize is a rolled art canvas, Austerity in Bloom No.3, valued at $695 AUD. Dimensions: 80cm x 80cm.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Winner Selection
4.1 The winner will be chosen at random using https://wheelofnames.com/.
4.2 The draw will be conducted on Wednesday, 22nd January 2025.
4.3 The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw date.

5. Claiming the Prize
5.1 The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize.
5.2 If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected using the same random draw method.

6. Privacy
6.1 By entering, participants agree to have their names and email addresses collected for the purposes of administering the competition and for future marketing communications.
6.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Alicia Bourley Art’s [Privacy Policy, insert link if available].

7. General Conditions
7.1 This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, or any third parties.
7.2 By entering, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.
